Located in Delhi’s famous market, CP, Fresco is about 10 years old, it’s master franchise is owned by Dabur in India and is owned by Lie Bite Foods Pvt Ltd. It is originally from Barcelona. Fresco now has an outlet in Gurugram as well.
FresCo is famous for it’s buffet, though i opted for the A’la carte menu.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER ON YOUR PALATE
They’ve got a huge variety of Italian and Mediterranean dishes to offer.
Amrudtini: A Guava based mocktail topped with Indian spices and herbs.
Mango Mania: A refreshing mango based drink, you would love this if you are a mango lover.
Caesar Salad: Quite a loaded one, FresCO is one of the few places that managed to do justice to the salad.
Fish n chips: One of my favourite comfort food picks, the fish was quite crispy and fresh.
Chicken Snack platter: consisted of smoked bbq chicken balls, cajun dusted chicken wings & crispy chicken fingers with jalapeño dip. The dish was a bit of a disappointment, lacked the flavour punch.
Italian Pepperoni pizza: Your visit to FresCo would be incomplete without having their pizzas, this one is a must have for all the pepperoni lovers pout there.
