On my recent visit to Hilton Garden Inn I dined in at Glasshouse, an all-day dining world-cuisine restaurant that lets you choose from the à la carte menu or indulge in an extensive buffet of Indian, Italian, continental and pan-Asian cuisines.
I had two meals here- breakfast and lunch. I opted for an à la carte menu for the lunch and went for the special breakfast buffet they had.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER ON YOUR PALATE
They have an extensive menu for the à la carte offering a variety of salads, soups, fast food, Indian delicacies, Italian and other food items from across the globe.
For breakfast they had a fixed buffet menu consisting of South Indian and English breakfast along with fresh cut fruits and juice.
Here’s what I had
For Lunch
Jhinga Lassooni: Prawns marinated with homemade spices, fried garlic cooked in the tandoor. Definitely a must have if you are a prawn lover just like me 🙂
Dahi kebabs: made with hung yogurt, cashew nuts, green chilli and black salat, these kebabs were so tender and left a melt-in-your-mouth texture on my tastebuds.
Grilled New Zealand lamb chops: ratatouille, baby potato and rosemary jus, grilled to perfection
Wild mushroom risotto: made with porcini, thyme and truffle oil. Tasted fantastic with all the flavours being blended in well.
Singapore Noodles: I was so happy to have finally tried the authentic Singapore noodles in India which are made of rice stick. Topping them with special Chinese sauces made them even more delicious.
