About 2 years old, Jugaad Kitchen has been opened with an intention to create a casual and comfortable space for everyone with the most value for money offering. The owners saw people eating out at local tapri/redis due to cost effective offerings even at the risk of falling ill due to improper hygiene practices and substandard material. This is when, they felt the need of having a space that explores the options of good tasty food prepared in a hygienic environment with its offerings changing once in every 3 months to break the monotony.
The USP of Jugaad Kitchen is that “Yahan jugaad nahi lagana padta, yahan sabka jugaad chalta hai”. Jugaad here means, delicious meal in the most affordable pricing. At the end of your meal, you are made to play a dice game as a “Jugaad” to earn a good discount on the bill in case you win plus a loyalty program for all online orders.
The place is owned by Mr. Mayank Shekhar and Mr. Mahesh Thapa having
an experience of 17 years in the hospitality industry with brands like ITC hotel, Grand Hayatt, Barbeque Nation etc, also working as a hospitality consultant/adviser with done almost 8 successful projects PAN India and about 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry with brands like Olive Kitchen & Bar and Barbeque Nation, respectively.
Their vision is to take Jugaad Kitchen into a larger space with multiple city presence and explore regional cuisines of India.
