According to a 2000 year old legend, there was a kingdom known as Behrouz in the erstwhile region of Persia. The kingdom got popular because of its recipe for layered rice which was served to kings and mass alike on festivals, which is now known as Biryani.
The recipe was lost when King Cyrus sieged Behrouz. Years later, Dr. James Casily with his team of archeologists dug out a parchment containing the Asian recipe of Behrouz Biryani.
True to its tagline, Behrouz Biryani sure does give you a feel of the Royal taste. It is currently the largest Biryani player serving across 140 locations and 15 cities in India.
